Our qualified trainers provide current and relevant education programs across a wide range of industry sectors including health, disability, retail, tourism, hospitality, construction, trades, business and horticulture.

Learn Local providers are recognised as having a connection and understanding of their local communities and because of this are best equipped to deliver flexible programs that genuinely meet learners needs at a local level whilst effectively supporting them as they return to study, improve their literacy and numeracy skills, gain a qualification, and broaden their employment, education and volunteering options.

All this and affordable fees!

Enrolment in ALL courses available to anyone looking at lifelong learning and not necessarily for work, study and volunteering are eligible, but a full fee may apply.

We have flexible delivery options available including on or off site, face to face or online classrooms as well as customised training and it is all provided at little to no cost for participants.

East Gippsland Learn Locals provide Adult Community & Further Education (ACFE) pre-accredited adult education to help you:

  • Get your first job

  • Get back to work after long-term unemployment

  • Change your career

  • Develop skills for your own business

  • Get into further training or university

  • Improve your reading, writing or maths

  • Develop social skills and increase confidence

  • Get to grips with technology

  • Improve financial literacy


Our training can support learners with their Workforce Australia mutual obligation requirements through:

  • Pre-accredited training

  • Resume support

  • Volunteering
